Welcome to the online home of the Shire of Trelac, the San Angelo chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism, within the Kingdom of Ansteorra! We bid you good cheer!
The SCA is a nonprofit, international, educational organization dedicated to the study and re-creation of life in the Middle Ages and Renaissance. We hold tournaments, feasts and classes geared toward living and studying in this period. None of our activities are choreographed in any way. All who attend our events are an integral part of our attempt to recreate the feel of this time period. Our activities range from armored combat to archery, rapier fighting to siege weaponry, sewing to brewing, cooking to leatherworking and much, much more. Our members value the ideas of honor, chivalry and service above all. Please check our officer and member lists to contact someone for more information.
